I listened to Cal Newport's new book, Slow Productivity, and I have the 3 principles written down. I am trying repeat them and committing them to memory. When I do this, I am able to pause and ask if I'm living into them. If not, I can slow down, pause and pivot as needed.
I really like this practice.
