I think you’ve said I this about visits too and that really hit home. A short visit to see your friend is still a visit! Better to do a short visit once a year than a long visit every five years (or never).
My personal trainer just reinforced this point, that it’s better to do cardio for ten minutes than not at all. So this week before our training sessions, I walked to a handball court a block away from my apartment and hit tennis balls against the wall for 10 minutes the first day and 13 minutes today. I feel great during and after, struggle a bit with the “before.” But knowing it’s just a short while helps me get out there. Thanks as always for the positivity!
