I get to the end of the day and rue, “Wow I could have done X if I didn’t waste so much time on Y.” (Y = internet.) I can see now that framing my choices as yes-or-no, as opposed to this-or-that, leads me a stray. I am going to get so much more accomplished during the day thanks to your timely insights. Thank you.
I love this idea. I, too often, decide I’ll ‘check email’ or whatever before I read my book, and that reading never happens. Asking, what I would rather do, is much more intentional! And productive.
