I track my time, and so I know that during a recent week I spent 2.5 hours filling out camp forms. With five kids who go to many different camps, including several overnight ones, the health forms and camper profiles add up.
I will not pretend I am thrilled about doing any of this. But it was slightly less aggravating than it could have been, because I have been around this block before. I know that while life administration may not be fun, being able to do the job efficiently and quickly is key to making it feel less terrible.
