Mondays get a bad reputation in our culture, but I’m a big fan. Partly that’s because, for the last 16 years, I’ve had little kids at home, and so weekends aren’t relaxing. They’re starting to mellow a bit as my littlest gets older, and I enjoy our adventures, but they take a lot of energy.
Come Monday morning, I can sit down at my desk with my coffee, and maintain my focus on a work project for hours. I’m usually ready for the change of pace by that point!
That said, I know a lot of people feel differently about Mondays. Whether you love your job or not, here are a few things you can do to make Mondays feel better.
