Figuring out what to eat seems straightforward. But precisely because we do have to do it so often (multiple times per day!) the process can start to feel overwhelming. Or inefficient. Or boring. Given that many of us also have to feed others, time spent on food planning and prep (and clean up) can lead to resentment.
But I think meal chores in general can be a lot easier. Given how frequently we do eat, small tweaks can lead to big payoffs over time. Here are some of my favorite food hacks for eating better over the next year.
