Normally, you have to spend time to save money, and vice versa. Cleaning your house is cheaper than hiring a cleaning service, but then you spend your weekend cleaning. Flying a route with a connection or a longer layover might save money, but then you’re spending your vacation time in an airport.
I generally urge people to lean in the direction of spending money to save time because time is more absolutely limited. You can make more money (within reason!) but you can’t make more time.
That said, there are a handful of activities that actually do save time and money. You may already be doing some of these, but take a look at this list and maybe you’ll find a new way to make life more efficient!
